Vestar Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Apps").   • Usage Data: Gameplay statistics, session duration, features used, levels completed, in-app purchase history, and interaction patterns.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, app version, crash logs, and error reports.
  • Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location unless explicitly stated in a specific App and with your consent).

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate third-party services that collect information on our behalf or share information with us, including:

  • Analytics Providers: Such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Analytics, or similar services that help us understand App usage.
  • Advertising Networks: Such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, or similar ad networks that may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements.
  • Attribution Partners: Such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar services that help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Please note that opting out does not eliminate ads; it only means the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

For Apps that are rated for all ages, we take additional steps to limit data collection and disable personalized advertising for users who may be minors, in compliance with COPPA and similar regulations.
